Growing up in the 2000s, I wanted to be a princess. I played with dolls religiously, strutted around in my mom’s heels and makeup, and spent hours in the backyard trying to talk to squirrels like I was Snow White. After school, I'd watch my favorite TV shows, but it was always the art of commercials that stuck with me. I’d memorize them, quote them, laugh at them, and eventually realize: someone made that.I didn’t just love the ads, I loved the storytelling, the style, the visual world-building. That’s when I decided I wanted to become an Art Director. I'm still a princess, part-time. When I’m not creating, I’m probably thrift shopping, rewatching Girlfriends, Sex and the City, or Desperate Housewives, or rewatching Shrek 2 and Rush Hour 2 for the 100th time. My favorite food? Potatoes. In every form.
